How the Cup works
Every sport counts the same: each sport's final finish earns 15 / 12 / 10… points for 1st / 2nd / 3rd… (ties split). It's separate from each sport's own championship. Places marked * are projected from current standings until that sport finishes.

Roster rules
- 10 permanent roster spots per team (cap 10)
- Minimum 4 women
- Maximum 6 men
- Game-day lineups are chosen from the permanent roster for each sport.
- Emergency substitutes cover genuine shortages: max 2 per game, max 3 appearances per team, not playoff eligible.
