What we collect • Account: name, email, optional photo, class year and the interests you choose. • Registration: availability, sport preferences, experience (private), jersey and gear sizing, participation designation, emergency contact, accommodation notes. • Activity: RSVPs, game participation, statistics, awards and team messages.
Who can see it • Public pages show your display name (e.g. "Alex R.") and the profile fields you choose to make public. • Teammates, captains and coaches see team-operational information (roster, RSVPs, jersey numbers). • Phone numbers, private email, emergency contacts, waiver records, eligibility documents, equipment sizing, accommodation notes and disciplinary notes are visible only to authorized administrators. • Internal balancing values used by the Team Draw are never public.
Your choices • Privacy settings control your public profile. Media consent is separate and can be changed at any time. • You can request account deletion; official historical results are kept but anonymized.
Retention Official season history (results, standings, awards) is preserved. Personal information is retained only as long as needed to operate the league or as required by policy.
