Registration is a season commitment after the withdrawal deadline.
Draft text
Draft — requires review and approval by the appropriate Lehigh, City, insurance and/or legal representatives before production use.
Registration is a season commitment, not a casual signup.
By registering for League A and/or League B, you are committing to participate for the season if assigned to a roster.
Before the withdrawal deadline You may withdraw normally from your registration dashboard. Your spot is offered to the next eligible person on the waitlist.
After the withdrawal deadline You may not voluntarily leave your team simply because you change your mind, dislike your assignment, want to join another team, or prefer not to continue. Withdrawal is only possible through a Withdrawal Request approved by the commissioner for circumstances such as: • injury or inability to participate • academic or employment conflict • family or personal emergency • loss of eligibility • leaving campus • safety concern • another commissioner-approved circumstance
You choose a broad reason category; any private details you add are visible only to authorized administrators and are never shown publicly.
Team assignments are final Once teams are drawn, assignments are final for the season except for approved trades, administrative adjustments, or approved withdrawals. Withdrawing and re-registering to obtain a different team is not permitted.
Attendance Players who stop responding or attending stay on the roster and may be marked Unresponsive. Repeated unexplained no-shows may lead to action under the Sportsmanship & Attendance Policy.
If a withdrawal is approved You become Withdrawn, your past games and statistics remain part of team history, and the opening is offered to an eligible waitlisted player.
