Time and etiquette
- At the hard stop, a game in progress goes to the side that is ahead; if level, play one deciding point.
- Players call their own lines; a ball you can't call out is in.
Subs & playing time
- Lineups are set before the match and don't change mid-line; an injured player's line is conceded.
- Captains rotate lineups so every rostered player gets matches across the season.
